Computer is an Electronic Device


Computer is an electronic device which accepts an input from user and processes the data and provides the expected output to the user. Computer mainly contains two things, they are hardware and software. Hardware is physical device for example printer, mouse etc. and software is a collection of programs and related data for example ms-word, ms-excel etc.
 Computer has three parts and they are input, output, CPU. Input is a device which accepts an input from the keyboard. Output is a device which provides a result on the screen to the user. CPU stands for central processing unit and it mainly contains three parts MU, ALU, and CU. MU stands for memory unit which is used to store the data. ALU stands for arithmetic logic unit which will perform arithmetic and logic operations. CPU stands for control unit which will control all the devices and data transferring between the devices.
