Merit system is good system for admission for any
thing. At the start there were no merit system who is rich and can afford goes
to high class schools and those who are poor goes to low class school and
shifting of job take place in such a way if father is doing some thing like
working in king court as accountant then his son also would be an accountant.
But as the population of the world increase and the people starting to get the
knowledge than the merit system starts because the merit system just works on
the phenomenon of demand and supply role.
There were the limited seats for any particular
thing but there would be more candidates for that thing so the organizers
thinks that why would not they put the merit system who would be the best of
all of them would get the job or admission. Since than merit system is applied
and now it is applicable in almost all the good fields. By merit system only
finest and pure intelligent people come on the top and there are certain
criteria mention of that job who fulfill these criteria in most efficient
manner will get the job.
