In Japan the marriages date are usually decided by the day
of fortune and marriages usually occur in the spring in shrines or church. At
the end of the ceremony the “sake” is present to the groom and bride by the
miko who are the little girls dressed in red and white and they took three sips
each and the marriage is done.
In china the bride usually go to his closer one for three
days before the marriage it is called seclusion. It is mandatory for the groom
family to bring the gifts for bride in red boxes and same thing is done by the
bride family for the groom. On the wedding day groom bring money also rapped in
red dressed and give it to the bride friends and both groom and bride leave
together for the church. The day of wedding is usually chosen by the astrological
signs and wedding is completed in half hour and is only attended by the
immediate family.
Marriage tradition in India or the tradition of Hindu
culture is that bride and groom are not allowed to see each other few days
before the marriage as it is consider to be bad luck. On wedding day the bride
and groom hands and feet are washed with the milk as sign of purification.
