Inter service intelligence is the most important
intelligence agency of Pakistan and he work as first wall of the security of
the Pakistan. In recent survey and reports it is declare the world best
intelligence e agency of the world. It was established in 1948 as an
independent intelligence agency. Who has main role to increase the cooperation
in between the three wings of he Pakistan arm forces. It is headed by the
director which is appointed by the army chief and officially by the president
of Pakistan after the consultation with the prime minister of Pakistan. The head quarter of the ISI is in the
Islamabad. ISI has four wing one which
collect he information and second who act as counter intelligence,
classification of intelligence and last wing is the aggressive
intelligence.
ISI has successfully
worked his mission in the soviet afghan war which ends up in the breaking of
the Soviet Union. ISI has recently arrested several al Qaeda leader and hand
over to the CIA. ISI is working affectively on it mission in India who since the
independence have hostile behavior towards the Pakistan and he never loose any
chance to destabilize the Pakistan. If we say that ISI is the back bone of the
Pakistan national security that would be not wrong.
