 In human body the term “Fat” means a compound comprised of glycerol, a substance formed in fatty acids which are required as a concentrated as an energy source for our body mussels. Fat is actually the storage of unused calories from what we eat every day. There is mainly two genre of fat and they are white fat which is important metabolism for human body and other one is brown fat which is commonly found in the new born babies. The next step is to crunch up and turning to the left. Bring your left elbow to the right knee and at the same time bring your chest to the knees and control your balance.
